Overview
TMUS employees can use this document to understand how to select the primary user designations for the lines on their employee account.
- Employees must designate the primary user of each of the lines on their employee account to ensure that they are taxed corrected and receive the correct discount for each line.
- Employees must designate each user on My T-Mobile.
Exception: Puerto Rico employees are unable to designate their lines on My T-Mobile. They must contact Customer Care.
Resolution Steps
To change line designations on My T-Mobile, follow these steps:
- Log into your My T-Mobile account.
- Click Your Profile.
- On the profile page, click Edit in the Line Designation section.
- Make the appropriate designation and save your changes.
