Do I have to pay a deposit to activate my service?

 

By purchasing refill cards, you are paying for your minutes in advance, and a deposit is not necessary. It is that easy.

 

 

Do I have different plan options?

 

Yes, Pay in Advance has a variety of plan options:

  • Monthly plans: Cost ranges from $30-$70/month
  • Pay by the Day: Cost is $2/day or $3/day
  • Pay As You Go: Cost is determined by refill value

What happens when I run out of airtime minutes?

 

Once your account reaches $10.00 or less, you will hear your balance with every subsequent call. When you have 60 seconds or less remaining on your account, you will hear warning tones on your wireless phone. This will let you know to add more airtime to your account.

 

 

How are long distance calls charged?

 

  • Domestic long distance calls can be made at no additional charge.
  • International calls vary depending on the country called. For an additional $10, the $50, $60 and $70 monthly plans can add Unlimited International Talk & Text.

What happens if I do not use all of my minutes by the expiration date?

 

If your minutes are not used by the expiration date, they expire and are removed from your account.

 

 

Can I receive a refund for unused minutes?

 

Airtime is non-refundable.
