Sign up for paperless billing

Paperless Billing is a free service that allows you to receive your billing information online rather than in a printed, paper format.

To get started and use this service, you'll need:

• A valid email address
• A My T-Mobile account
• Primary Account Holder access

Once you've registered on My T-Mobile, you can view or print your T-Mobile bill online.

Sign up for paperless billing

To sign up for paperless billing, follow these steps:

1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
2. Click PROFILE.
3. Under Account Settings, click Edit paperless billing.
   
4. Under Bill Delivery Options, click Edit.
5. Set up your preferred options:
   
6. Read and agree to the Paperless Billing Terms & Conditions, by clicking the check box.
7. Click SAVE.

Cancel paperless billing

You can opt-out at any time on My T-Mobile. Just click Edit Paperless billing in the Account Settings section on your PROFILE.

If you choose to cancel paperless billing, your options are:

• A summary paper bill for free
• A detailed paper bill for $1.99 per month
